         Breath Into Your Life

The breath is an automatic function that is going on your whole life.

Studies show that the average person does not breath as efficient as they could,and breathing practices are known to bring  a sense of well being and better health.

 This is a three hour class divided into two days...

 We will Start with simple breath awareness, to pave the way into various breathing techniques that  increase oxygen, exercise the lungs, reduce stress, offer relief of hot flashes, and bring general relaxation. 

 This class  will meet for two consecutive Wednesdays. Wednesday February 17^th and 24^th 6:30 - 8:00pm  Cost $ 30
